The recent, and much awaited, IPCC report, <a title=\"Fifth Assessment Report (AR5)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ipcc.ch\/report\/ar5\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AR5<\/a>, is noticeably different from all the 4 previous versions. It is very subdued on the plausibility of catastrophic, anthropogenic global warming. Is this just-in-time to justify a Prime Minister Abbott, <a title=\"Tony Abbott reveals draft legislation to repeal carbon tax\" href=\"http:\/\/www.abc.net.au\/news\/2013-10-15\/abbott-draft-carbon-tax-repeal\/5023826\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Carbon Tax repeal<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>The chart below is the summary produced by the IPCC themselves of their catastrophic, climate scenarios. Scenarios that the media has, almost ubiquitously, reiterated, reported and propagated to us since 1990 (time of the <a title=\"IPCC First Assessment Report\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/IPCC_First_Assessment_Report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">1st IPCC report<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>How confident are the IPCC really in their purported, Global Warming catastrophes?&nbsp; Confidence wanes somewhat on hearing adjectives such as \u201cvery unlikely\u201d, \u201cexceptionally unlikely\u201d, and \u201clow confidence\u201d?
